On Afreeca TV, a Korean live video streaming service, people stuff themselves with as much food as possible, while viewers send them virtual gifts convertible in real money. Called Mukbang (from mukda/meokda (먹다) = eat and bangsong (방송) = broadcast), these shows canYes, I know this is April 1st, but this is a real story, actually published a few days ago by NPR (LINK).
